Safety FAQ

Questions customers ask before handover

Should I leave fuel in a motorcycle or car?

Keep only enough fuel for loading and unloading unless the provider asks otherwise. A lower fuel level reduces weight and spill risk.

Do I need insurance for vehicle transport?

Ask every provider what is covered, what is excluded and how claims are documented. Do not assume a marketplace quote automatically includes full vehicle insurance.

What photos should I take?

Take front, rear, left, right, odometer, VIN or plate if relevant, loose accessories and any existing damage.
