Provider FAQ

Answers for transport providers.

The questions providers ask before registering, quoting jobs and preparing vehicles.

Getting started

Who can register as a transport provider?

Thai-registered companies and eligible individuals with suitable vehicles and valid driving documents can prepare for provider verification. Insurance is good to show because it can help customers choose your offer.

Do I need to work full time?

No. Many providers use SendMoto to fill return trips or gaps between existing commercial routes.

Which languages are supported?

The frontpage supports English, Russian and Thai. Provider support content will focus on Thai and English first.

Jobs and deliveries

How do I win a job?

Send a clear quote with price, pickup timing, vehicle type, loading assumptions and any insurance or protection details you can provide.

Can I handle non-running vehicles?

Yes, if your vehicle has the equipment needed for safe loading, such as a winch, slide-on bed or suitable crew.

What happens if I am late?

Communicate as early as possible and keep pickup or delivery notes written so expectations stay clear.

Money and commission

What is the launch commission?

Eligible providers get 0% platform commission for 6 months from their first booking when they register before 30 June 2026.

What happens after the promo?

The standard platform commission is 8% and is shown before a provider confirms the job.

Are there other platform fees?

No listing fee, no verification fee and no monthly subscription are planned for this provider flow.
