How provider pricing works

  • You set your quote for each job. It is your number, not a platform-set rate.
  • The launch promo gives eligible providers 0% platform commission for 6 months from the first booking.
  • The customer booking deposit of THB 500 goes to you in full.
  • After the promo period, the standard 8% commission applies and is shown before you confirm.

Deposit handling

The THB 500 booking deposit goes to the transport provider in full when the customer confirms.

Disputes and proof

Pickup and delivery photos are the main evidence if there is a delivery issue.

Taxes

Providers remain responsible for Thai VAT, income tax and any invoices required for their business.
