Requirements

What we accept.

SendMoto is vehicle-first. The standards focus on safe loading, tie-downs, weather protection and valid commercial transport documents.

What qualifies

  • Pickups with tie-down points, bed liner and ramps rated for the vehicles transported.
  • Slide-on or tilt-tray trucks with working hydraulics and a winch rated for the load.
  • Enclosed transport for weather-sensitive or higher-value shipments.
  • 4-wheel and 6-wheel trucks carrying multiple vehicles with valid certification.
  • Flatbeds and semi-trailers for business fleet moves with appropriate licence class.

What we cannot accept

  • Vehicles without registered commercial transport use.
  • Passenger sedan or private car services. SendMoto is not a passenger transport platform.
  • Trucks without enough safe loading equipment or clear handover process.
  • Expired road tax, missing inspection documents or unclear vehicle ownership.

Provider vehicle types

Choose the closest fleet category when preparing your provider profile.

Pickups and box pickups

Good for single motorcycles, scooters and weather-protected smaller loads.

Slide-on trucks

Useful for motorcycles, cars and non-running vehicles that need winch loading.

4-wheel and 6-wheel trucks

Fit multi-unit transport, house moving and heavier mixed cargo.

Flatbeds and trailers

For oversized or non-running vehicles and business fleet moves.

Enclosed transport

For high-value vehicles, rain-sensitive items and better road-debris protection.

Specialized equipment

Liftgates, winches, ramps and tie-down systems help quote premium jobs.

Documents you will need

Most active transport providers already have these documents. Uploading them clearly speeds review.

Vehicle registration

Current blue book with commercial transport use where required.

Driving licence

Appropriate class for the vehicle you operate, valid for at least 6 months.

Insurance proof, if available

Good to have. Showing suitable protection can increase the chance that a customer chooses your offer.

Vehicle photos

Front, sides, rear, cargo area, tie-down points and clear plate visibility.

Road-worthiness

Annual inspection certificate where applicable to your vehicle class.

Business registration

Company registration for businesses, or ID and tax details for individuals.
