The product should feel simple even when the transport problem is complex. A motorcycle from Bangkok to Phuket, a car from Pattaya to Bangkok and an apartment move inside Bangkok need different providers, but the request structure can stay the same.

List the job

Add pickup city, delivery city, item type, photos, preferred date and practical constraints such as parking, elevator access or a non-running vehicle.

What to compare besides price

Price matters, but transport quality depends on more than the number. Compare the provider profile, route experience, response quality, timing, loading method, included services, cancellation terms and proof process. For vehicles, also ask whether the vehicle is carried, driven, tied down in an open truck or moved in an enclosed carrier.

For house moving, compare crew count, wrapping, dismantling, elevator rules and whether boxes are counted. For boxed goods, compare declared value, fragile handling and whether the provider accepts batteries or liquids.

Provider-side logic

Providers need enough information to decide whether the job fits their route, vehicle and schedule. A clear request can help fill return trips, reduce empty mileage and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
