1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or posting a job, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you disagree, please don’t use the platform.
2. Our role
Sendmoto is a marketplace operated by Turtla Co. Ltd. We connect customers with independent verified carriers. We are not a carrier ourselves and do not transport vehicles — the carrier you accept is your counterparty.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for your account security. Provide accurate information during registration. You must be 20+ years old (Thai age of majority) and legally able to enter contracts. One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post jobs for vehicles you don’t own or aren’t authorised to transport; misrepresent vehicle condition, weight, or pickup/delivery details; attempt to contact counterparties off-platform to avoid fees; post illegal, stolen, fraudulent or sanctioned items; use automated tools to scrape the site or bid on jobs; harass, threaten or discriminate against other users. Breach of this clause may lead to immediate suspension.
5. Postings and bids
Customers post jobs truthfully. Carriers submit bids in good faith. Accepting a bid creates a binding agreement between customer and carrier. Sendmoto facilitates communication and holds payment in escrow.
6. Carrier obligations
As a carrier you warrant that: all uploaded documents are genuine and current; your driving licence is the correct class for the vehicles you transport; your cargo insurance is in force and covers Sendmoto jobs to at least ฿500,000; you comply with Thai road-transport regulations including road tax, inspection (ตรอ.) and emissions certification where applicable; you hold the appropriate commercial-transport endorsement on the vehicle registration.
7. Customer obligations
As a customer you warrant that: you own the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to arrange transport; the description you post is accurate (make, model, condition, running status, modifications, weight); the vehicle will be available at the pickup location, time and access level you stated; at delivery the agreed recipient will be present with valid ID; any customs, import duty, road tax or registration matters are handled by you.
8. Payments and escrow
Customers pay Sendmoto when they accept a bid. Funds sit in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Carriers receive payout minus a 15% platform commission every Monday. We support Visa, Mastercard, PromptPay and Thai bank transfers.
9. Cancellations
Customer cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are free. Under 24 hours, a small carrier compensation may apply and is shown before confirming. Carrier cancellations without cause may affect their rating and can result in account review.
10. Disputes and damage
Pickup and delivery photos are the primary evidence in disputes. Funds stay in escrow until the issue is resolved. Sendmoto mediates; most disputes close within 48 hours. The carrier’s insurance covers approved damage claims.
11. Intellectual property & user content
The Sendmoto name, wordmark, logos, copy and site design are owned by Turtla Co. Ltd. You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, reviews and other content you upload, but grant Sendmoto a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content on the platform, in emails, and in marketing materials. You warrant that you have the right to grant that licence.
12. Limitation of liability
Sendmoto provides the marketplace ‘as is’. Our liability is limited to the commission we earned on the specific job. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. Carriers and customers remain responsible for their own legal and tax obligations.
13. Termination & suspension
You can close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for repeated low ratings, confirmed fraud, breach of these terms, or a valid legal order. Suspensions affecting active jobs trigger a wind-down window so in-flight deliveries can be completed. Outstanding escrow funds are released per the normal payout cycle unless held due to an active dispute.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, nationwide infrastructure outage, or major telecom/payment-provider failures. Delivery timelines and payout cycles may be extended accordingly, with in-app notice to the impacted users.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are resolved first through good-faith discussion, then through Thai arbitration if needed, and finally through the competent Thai courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
